(+) Increase temperature. (-) Decrease temperature.

This unit is set to celsius by default.To switch the DigiBoil's display from Celsius to Fahrenheit, hold down the (+) and (-) buttons at the same time.The red indicator light will switch from ºC to ºF.

After setting the temperature, the set temperature will flash for 4 seconds. Then the display will continue to show the current temperature.

Temperature range is 0-140º Celsius & 0-212ºFahrenheit.

Red Indicator Light: Heating on

Green Indicator Light: The set temperature has been reached.
Troubleshooting
E3Error Code: signifies a dry boil error. This will trigger the unit to automatically shut off to prevent overheating if the unit is dry.If you are using DigiBoil to melt wax,the E3 error will likely be triggered if the 1000-watt element is turned on. We recommend only using the 500W element for melting wax. The E3 error code is also easily triggered if you are melting blocks of wax.Wax flakes typically melt fast enough to avoid the dry boil sensor from shutting the unit off.
E3 Error Persisting?
The unit will cycle on and off every 30 seconds or so until there is enough melted wax pooled on top of the dry boil sensor. If you have additional questions, please contact us at help@howdybrewer.com and we will be happy to help you get your unit working or replaced!
